Education Event In Our City Of Guangyuan

Education about animal welfare is very important and our founder Du Yufeng regularly travels around with educational material and friendly dogs from our shelter. On this occasion she was in our city of Guangyuan, giving out leaflets and letting people stroke the dogs she had taken that day. All ages are welcome on these events but it is especially important when children are eager to learn because they are the future of animal welfare and they can take home what they have learned. 
Du also talks about the dog and cat meat trade and how eating them is cruel and bad for the eater's health.
While we fight the dog and cat meat trade by rescuing and closing down stalls and shops, the only way the trade will end is through education.
