4: Building Work Begins

Once the electric cables, electricity supply, water pipes and water supply had been laid, the construction work began and the new shelter began to take shape.

The Guangyuan government officials who we had liaised with over the site plans, water and electric installation, visited the site of the new shelter to see how things were progressing.
