3: Pipes And Cables Laid

The water pipes and electric cables were installed at the site of the new shelter in December 2013. The Guangyuan government helped with this monetary wise and we are eternally grateful that they helped us in this way. They have been a wonderful partner, supporting us with our shelter since it was founded in 2008.
