Ma Dan has had his titre test passed which is great news. Now he must wait a few more weeks until he can fly to Brinte and her family. Ma Dan doesn't really know what is going to happen and where he is going to go but he is being told all the time by our volunteer Yao Yao who loves him a lot. She spends a lot of time with him and the other dogs who are waiting to fly to new homes.

Du took Ma Dan to Doctor Li's Pet Hospital for his blood to be drawn for the titre test. The serum will be sent to the laboratory in Changchun where it will be tested to see how many rabies antibodies it contains. Once we know the result of this test we can start to look for a passenger for Ma Dan, someone to travel with him to Belgium.  |
