Mao Mao is continuing to have is medicated baths and loves to roll around and sun in his fleece blanket afterwards. At his recent vet visit he was checked from head to toe and Mary tells us he embarrassed her by (kindly) terrorizing the office cat! Next week Mao Mao will have photos taken of him for Rescue a Golden's calendar!! Fame at last! The photo below is of Mao Mao and his favorite toy after a morning of playing.

Mao Mao is continuing with his medicated baths to help his skin heal. He loves the massage when the bath is given and, like any retriever, he loves the water too although never having seen a chlorine float before, he wasn't quite sure what to make of it when he saw it in Mary's pool. Here he is stood barking at the float!  Mary tells us that Mao Mao is settling in to his new home really well. He is letting Mary know when he needs to go outside to potty which is great news! He just needs to learn where exactly to potty but with his fast learning we are sure he'll get the idea soon. He's also learning some English commands! Mao Mao loves to play and also loves to nap afterwards. He is such a cute boy.  |
