Angel was rescued from a dog trafficker and she would have been sold to the highest bidder to be tortured for her meat. She was very timid when we rescued her and it took a while for her to trust us all.
When Angel was rescued from the dog trafficker she was filthy and timid and she found it, understandably, hard to trust humans for a while but eventually she came out of her shell and she showed us the adorable, sweet girl that she is.
Angel now enjoys playing with the other dogs at the shelter and gets on well with the volunteers. She can also be quite mischievous which makes every one smile. We think Angel has some German Shepherd and Collie in her and this makes her eager to learn new things.
Like all the dogs in the shelter, Angel has not been house or leash trained so she will require a patient owner who will start with puppy training. Angel is intelligent so in the right home she would quickly learn commands and other training and reward her new owner with lots of love and laughter.
She is a very sweet and friendly girl and we would love for her to be adopted to forget her horrid start in life.
